Lauren Long is a freelance video editor and assistant editor. Their career began in 2012 as an assistant on a feature documentary, Super Sellers. They continued taking post positions until they graduated from Emerson College in May 2015.

Lauren has credits on multiple projects for Wheelhouse Creative such as the documentary Magical Universe and a spot for ESPN’s 30 for 30 Shorts. They have freelanced for Manhattan Productions, Showtime Sports, Ogilvy & Mather, Humble, Suite Spot, Homestead, SweetEye, and Google Brand Studio creating short-form commercial content.

Branching away from commercials and into the world of TV documentary, Lauren has worked as an Assistant Editor for Divided Films on the Frontline episode “American Patriot”, and on Jigsaw Productions’ six episode miniseries for A&E, The Clinton Affair.

Lauren has worked with director Nanette Burnstein and editor Tal Ben-David on several projects since joining them on Hillary for Hulu, including Killer Sally for Netflix.
